Peninsula Hit And Run: Driver Turns Himself In

BREAKING: The hit and run driver who hit a 14 year old girl on her bicycle last night on Balboa Peninsula has turned himself in.  Anthony Michael George, 36, was booked on suspicion of felony hit-and-run.  His champagne-colored Mercedes was impounded earlier today.

The victim is reportedly in stable condition, but does have a skull fracture from the incident that is still under care.
