APPREHENDED: Shooter on Balboa Peninsula’s 21st Street

This morning at approximately 10am, there were several shots fired outdoors in the 21st street area.  Police have confirmed that there was a shooter firing off rounds publicly.  Police were initially called due to property destruction.
