Newport Beach Boat Show begins TODAY (and continues this weekend!)

The Newport Boat Show returns for its 46th year off Lido Peninsula!

The show hours is $15 for adults ($5 military discount off that) and kids under 12 are free.  The schedules are as follows:

Thurs. April 25 Noon – 7pm
Fri. April 26 10am – 7pm
Sat. April 27 10am – 7pm
Sun. April 28 10am – 5pm

This year expect to see over 200 boats on display (both sail and power), plenty of vendors to help you build your boat to exactly what you’ve dreamt of, and this year there are no upper-limits on boat size… should be interesting!

The show spans many blocks in the water, but the official entrance address is at 3432 Via Oporto, Newport Beach, CA 92663

Tickets can be purchased online in advance at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/46th-annual-newport-beach-boat-show-tickets-55005371547?ref=ebtnebtckt and more information can be found at https://www.newportinwaterboatshow.co

Everyone knows that boats are a hole in the water that you throw money into, so while I won’t be the one to blame for YOU getting a boat, if you’ve got a friend who is looking… 🙂

ALSO: NEWPORT TO ENSENADA RACE BEGINS TOMORROW AT 11AM FROM BALBOA PIER.  (full story on that coming tomorrow, but this is your official heads-up!)
