Crime: Body Found in Bay

A body has been found in Newports Bay, several reports are confirming.

Unconfirmed reports are stating that the body is one of a Hispanic male in his 40s, today is the day after wrap-up for the Newport Beach’s historic Boat Parade.

Police have not yet confirmed how they are handling the investigation of this case, or whether or not it is a suspicious circumstance– but they are seeking information.  If you have any information on this case, please contact NBPD Detective Jason Blakely at 949-644-3781.
