This past weekend, Catalina Island has begun seriously discouraging all visitors to the tiny four-thousand person island, as medical facilities would be instantly overwhelmed should the virus takehold there. The City of Newport Beach has closed fitness equipment, fields, all sports courts, and the dog park as of today. [link]
