Council Livestreaming by Popular Request

Yesterday’s questionnaire had about half of the requests for features listing the council live-streaming as what the community wanted to see as a top priority. GREAT NEWS: We just launched it– and tonight is a council meeting, so you can try it out! Tonight at 7pm, you can view the livestream by visiting http://savenewport.com/council

We are currently working on a few of these, but need to continue maintaining a popularized priority system of development, so if you have suggestions on what you think should be a priority, please let me know!

1) DONE: A live-streaming video of council sessions.
2) A weekly surf report, so that you can plan your trips with your most beloved possession: Your board.
3) Weekly weather report.
4) A log of all crime so that you can see improvements or any negative changes that have happened and you can run your own reports.
5) A live map of where ticket traps are on the roads.
6) A live map of current traffic conditions.
7) Calendar of local events
8) ?????
