OC Sheriff Reduces Public Dock time from 72 hours to 20 minutes

The Orange County Sheriff’s Department has changed the amount of time that boats can park on their dock from 72 hours to just 20 minutes.  The reason for this change is that, at times, the pump-out station can become congested with boaters seeking to use it.

This change does not affect any of the other public docks in the area, and only affects the public dock maintained by the OC Sheriff, at 1901 Bayside Drive.

Questions or comments can be directed to OC Sheriff’s Lt. Chris Corn, at cfcorn@ocsd.org.
