Blackies 12th Annual Surf Competition Photos

This year’s news has been non-stop during the last month, and two weeks ago I didn’t get a chance to post about the attendees to 12th Annual Blackies Surf Competition.

Officially-unofficially, the kickoff starts at 7am on the Saturday before Halloween each year, but many people arrive about 30 minutes earlier for the festivities and costume show-offs.
