STOP THE BUS!

Diane Dixon is proposing a system which will cost taxpayers $22 per trip per person– and it is already running about twice over-budget.
This system will offer absolutely no benefit to our city that current free-market services offer– and they are delivering the rides at no cost to the rider (please tip your driver, though!) and at no cost to the taxpayers. When asked in a meeting what the taxpayer-funded “bus” solution offered that free services like the Downtowner didn’t already offer– no answer could be given.

If this tax-fueled bus is authorized, the Downtowner will be put out of business and then the bus will only operate in the summertime. Tell the city you want no part of this!
