It’s that time of year again for all the yacht clubs to have their opening day parties! Which ones will you be attending?
Here are the list of the ones here in Newport– and let me know if I missed any!
This Friday, May 5th, Lido Isle Yacht Club will have its Opening Day ceremonies.
Last year was the 100 year anniversary for the Newport Harbor Yacht Club, which has its Opening Day & Race from Long Beach to Newport is on Saturday, May 06, 2017
Sunday, May 7, 2017 is the 50th Opening Day for the American Legion Yacht Club! Happy anniversary, guys!
Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club and Balboa Yacht Club will both be hosting their Opening Day on Saturday, May 13th.
You may think that Balboa Basin YC beat everyone to the punch, having their Opening Day back on April 22nd– but The Newport Elks Lodge Yacht Club had theirs way back on March 18th!
