Avalon Reopens, Accepts Boats Again; Blackies Parking Lot Reopened

Earlier today, city workers removed the blockade for city beaches– including Blackies Beach.  This is a good sign for reopening for this weekend from the Governor’s office– we’ll update when we hear more.
