From the shelter: “Meet Sansa! She is a sweet little terrier mix who found herself at the Orange County shelter after she was hit by a car and suffered a cracked pelvis. We rescued her so she could recuperate in comfort at our rescue. She is doing great — she can walk and sometimes even run and doesn’t seem to be in discomfort at all. Sansa will need just a little more time to heal, and then she will be ready to get spayed and to look for her forever home. She is a cutie who will make someone very happy!”

They provide housing and care for the shelter animals of the City of Newport Beach. Most of dog rescues come pre-screened from the Orange County shelter on their last day or two, but they have also rescued dogs from Riverside and San Bernardino county shelters.
